With the recovery of the global economy post-COVID and the ongoing war, global energy prices have been surging at an unprecedented level. With current energy prices still rising, we had to make the difficult decision to adjust our price. The adjusted rates will be applicable to new or renewing customers, based on the current market pricing.
You have a choice of either of the following:
Do visit https://cuscare.tpsupply.com.sg/tplus/ to select your renewal option 8 business days before your contract expiry. Customers who did not make any decision will be transferred to SP Group to take up tariff rates*.

*Only i) households and ii) businesses with an aggregated average monthly consumption of less than 4,000 kWh calculated across all its active accounts (contestable and non-contestable) registered under the same account holder are allowed to switch back to buying electricity from SP Group at the regulated tariff.
Domestic accounts under businesses with an average monthly consumption of at least 4,000kWh or more will purchase electricity from the Singapore Wholesale Electricity Market through SP Group at the wholesale electricity price.
