1. By providing Tuas Power Supply Pte Ltd (“TPS”) with the registration data (“Personal Data”) about the participant and all other information, the participant agrees and consents that TPS may use these information and that the participant has given TPS consent to the collection, usage, storage, disclosure and processing of information about the participant and/or the company represented by the participant for the purpose of the Event conducted by TPS.

2. By attending or taking part in the Event, it is deemed that the participant at the Event have consented to being featured in photographs, videos, motion pictures, recordings, and/or any other media records for the purpose of promotion by TPS or for any legitimate purpose, including any commercial and marketing uses, printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and/or to be updated onto TPS’ public sites and channels. Participants can choose to inform TPS via email at cuscare@tuaspower.com.sg if they do not wish for their photographs and any other media records at the Event to be published or if they wish to withdraw the consent to receiving any communications and information from TPS.
